| Shachindra has over 20 years of experience in commercial software development and has held leadership positions in several early stage ventures. Time and again, he has used his expertise and experience to define the technology strategy for the company.
As VP Engineering at Metallect Corp., he identified the product adaptability issues and came up with a solution that changed the thrust of Metallect’s business. In his role as CTO at Savoya, he laid out the technology roadmap to implement the business vision. This helped transform the struggling company into a very successful and profitable business. As Chief Software Architect at Claria, he built the architecture of the GAIN platform. Claria successfully used this platform to spread its offerings to millions of users. Shachindra also served as the VP Engineering at iChoose, where he led the development of its groundbreaking behavioral marketing platform. Shachindra has also held leadership positions at Sterling Commerce and IBM in USA and Uptron in India. He holds a BS in Computer Science from Regional Engineering College, Allahabad, India.
